9581 SST Release 3

This feature allows the user to see ingress hiding under active traffic and distinguish common path distortions. This option is standard in the 9581 SST R4 units. (REQUIRES INGRESS MANAGR 3.0 OR HIGHER).

This is an Aftermarket Upgrade that can be installed in a previously purchased 9581 SST R3, please see the following configuration instructions:

• Do not include this upgrade when purchasing a new 9581 SST R3.
• When purchasing a new 9581 SST R3, choose the TraffiControl Mode from the Optional Features drop-down menu when configuring your device.

Internal Ethernet interface with SNMP agent for status monitoring with Viewer II software. REQUIRES 9581 SST RELEASE 4 UPGRADE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.

9581 TPX interface board and cable for installation into existing 9581 SST Release 3.

This is an Aftermarket Upgrade that can be installed in a previously purchased 9581 SST R3, please see the following configuration instructions:

• Do not include this upgrade when purchasing a new 9581 SST R3.
• When purchasing a new 9581 SST R3, choose the SSTi 2 (TPX Interface) option from the Communications Interface drop-down menu when configuring your device.

The Test Point Manager (TPM) option equips SSTs or TPXs to monitor up to 8 Headend test points per TPM-8 installed.

• Do not include this upgrade when purchasing a new SST or TPX.
• When purchasing a new SST or TPX, choose the number of TPM-8s you wish to have installed from the Configure TPM-8 drop-down menu when configuring your device.
